Same method as making grass. look up how to make grass. Make a texture with flowers and make the areas where there is no flowers to 100% alpha. Save the image as a PNG. You can make a texture to assign the flowers to. Go into the game and put the flower texture and make sure grass is turned on by typing grass 1. You can change the dimensions if you want.
