To transfer your map from one Sandbox version to another all you have to do is:

  • Open up the old Sandbox folder (the version which you have your map)
  • go to my_stuff/packages/base
  • select your map files, be sure to include yourmapname.ogz and yourmapname-art.cfg, if you have a yourmapname.cfg file include that too. You should include .BAK files, but they are only backups.
  • Open up the other version of Sandbox folder.
  • Go to my_stuff/packages/base, if it doesn't exist, create such folders and copy your files there.
  • Gratz you should have your maps :)

Note: if you used custom textures, you'll have to transfer those as well. Also, any textures removed between versions will not show up in the new version on your map. In that case, retexture as needed. If it's an entire map, it's possible that you could just remake the map (with the benefit of making it better than the original), in addition to the possibility of a total re texture.
